I help people build healthier relationships with food, eating, and their bodies—without diets, guilt, or shame.

I also support health and fitness professionals who want to bring more psychology into their work, so they can better support their clients and create lasting, meaningful change.

I collaborate with organisations to improve employee well-being and behaviour change initiatives using evidence-based psychological strategies.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me dancing, hiking, or exploring wellness retreats and spa destinations in the UK and worldwide.

I offer practical, evidence-based psychology training on topics like emotional eating, body image, weight stigma, motivation and self-regulation. You'll learn how to apply psychology to your work, so you can support clients with more confidence and compassion.

Evidence-based workplace wellbeing

I help organisations improve employee wellbeing through data-led insights and practical solutions. This includes analysing wellbeing data, conducting audits, and delivering evidence-based talks and training on mental health and behaviour change.
