Patterns like self-criticism, avoidance, and all-or-nothing thinking often appear when life feels full.

As a Health Psychologist, the focus is on helping you understand what’s getting in the way and developing the skills to support long-term wellbeing. Using compassionate, evidence-based approaches grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), you’ll learn how to respond differently to difficult thoughts and emotions, reconnect with what truly matters to you, and create healthier habits and a way of life that feel realistic and sustainable.
